All doctors offer contraceptive services. Should you require any contraception, from "the pill" to sterilisation (including vasectomy), please arrange to see the doctor. It is important that all women taking the contraceptive pill see the nurse at least every 6 months for a contraceptive review which may include a blood pressure check. It is your responsibility to ensure that you make your appointment in plenty of time so that you do not run out of your pill.
