Join Our Patient Participation Group: Help Shape the Future of Your Care!
We would like to hear your views on how we can improve our services and your experience at the practice.
To help us do this, we have a virtual Patient Participation Group (PPG), giving patients the opportunity to share their views and help shape the services we provide.
From time to time, we may ask members of the group to complete a short survey on topics such as our opening hours, access to appointments, or the quality of the care and services they have received. We will contact you by email, and our surveys are designed to be brief and easy to complete.
We aim to have a Patient Participation Group that reflects our practice population. We welcome members of all ages, backgrounds and health needs, including people with long-term conditions, carers, working people, students and retirees.

Get up close and personal with our team: You will get to meet either a GP, Nurse or somebody from our wider team to get to know the staff behind our service outside of when you come in for appointments or speak with them on the phone.
